One to one sessions

£90/hour

Block of 10 sessions £85/h

Your boxing session will consist of:

  • Dynamic warm-ups

  • Technique/drills

  • Pads

  • Circuit

  • Stretch out

With my wealth of knowledge teaching professional competitive fighters to recreational fitness is an enjoyable alternative to the gym.

I am a boxing trainer, not a PT that holds pads!

there is no better fitness training fun and challenging but I will train you from the foundations with a basis of boxing technique, how to punch correctly how to move..!

As we improve fitness and technique the sessions will be very individual improving your strengths and weaknesses week by week.

 

 

Shared sessions

Shared sessions can be fun. Similar to the individual sessions but with a partner you can drill together and learn as a couple/team.

Light sparring in a couple and technical drills can be a great way to improve your boxing.
