What makes a great boxing trainer?
Sorry to say it but we see many (boxing trainers) advertised that haven’t walked the walk or the skills that this noble art deserves. I have been boxing competitively from the age of 11 and worked with recreational to champion boxers for many years. I have basically lived in a Boxing gym from the age of 11 and have a passion for the art that can’t be faked or forced.
A good boxing trainer will help set and work on your individual goals, each person’s boxing journey is very different depending on style, athletic build, and end goals. A good trainer will work each session to build from the foundations, correct technique, and improving fitness session by session. Prioritising and keeping sessions fun and engaging while transferring my wealth of knowledge on mentality and technique of the Nobel art
